  • HYC is announcing the official opening of the Bocce Ball Court, dedicated to Past Commodore and Club Council, Geral E. Loehr, Esq.

  • Join us for a movie on the lawn, as we say goodbye to summer and celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of the most iconic movies of all time, Jaws.

    We will have popcorn available. Please bring blankets or chairs and maybe a throw a blanket as it might get chilly and enjoy. This event is free and all are welcome.  The showing is dependent on the weather (including wind).

    Dining will be available on that Friday. Please make reservations through the reservation hotline. Keep in mind, the movie will begin at 8 pm.

    It’s time to step back into the Roaring 20s & 30s — when yacht clubs were the place to see and be seen. Join us for Huguenot Yacht Club’s Decommissioning and celebrate the close of another incredible season in true Gatsby style.

    Bring the little ones in costume for an afternoon of festive fun, featuring:

    A pumpkin patch and pumpkin decorating

    Trunk-or-Treat with candy and surprises

    Hot chocolate and sweet treats for all

    We’d love to know if you and your family (or friends!) will be joining us. Please RSVP by October 20 to let us know you’re coming.

  • This is a HYC member only event, a single day race around government marks and with a timed Pursuit Start, our low-pressure way to get out racing.

  • Our second annual event so named will be a chance for members new and old, sailboaters and powerboaters to gather for a buffet style dinner at the club, which we hope will serve as an introduction to members who might be curious about the who, what, when of sailboat racing in and around our club. We hope to introduce potential crew to boats looking for crew, to invite those with powerboats share in the fun of running the races, and to encourage those who might want to help out as race committee for our events to enquire about how to do so.
